Welcome to Madiyana Safari Lodge. We are located on Jinack Island (also known as Paradise Island), (see map) which is just off the coast of The Gambia and is approximately 15 km long and 2 km across. This  island boasts around 11 km of deserted beach, no hasslers and bumsters and plenty of  eco tranquility. We do offer an airport pick-up and drop-off service as well as ferry you to the island by boat.

On the island there is no traffic (apart from a couple of donkeys) and no discos to disturb your eco holiday on the golden beaches of paradise.

If you are after a holiday with televisions, traffic, nightclubs, supermarkets, street hustlers and bumsters etc., then this place is not for you.

If, on the other hand you are after tranquility, deserted beaches, nature, birdwatching, fishing, bush safaris, dolphin spotting and peace then Madiyana is perhaps the only accommodation in Gambia offering you just that.
